Recently OTG renewed our ISO14001 and ISO9001 management system standards.
You may be asking why these are so important?

As part of our commitment to continually improving our sustainability management and making sure we strive for the best sustainability standards in the industry we need to implement and continually develop our sustainable frameworks and hold ourselves accountable. Last year we launched our ESG Manifesto and made a commitment to improve our sustainability, these frameworks are an important part of this work.

ISO14001 and ISO9001 are both internationally recognised management system standards that allow us to operate at the highest level. ISO 9001 is a quality management system that aims to increase customer satisfaction and product quality and ISO 14001 is an environmental management system that aims to measure and improve environmental impact and minimise harsh effects on the environment.
ISO14001 and ISO9001 are important to OT Group for several reasons, they help us to improve performance and efficiency, reduce costs and waste, enhance their reputation and credibility, meet legal and regulatory requirements and in some cases gain competitive advantage and access new markets and customers.
Later this year you will see us introduce further ISO standards and other accreditations across the business to make sure we become the most trusted, go to partner in the business consumables marketplace.
